South Central FS offers medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability plans to support you and your dependents’ health needs. Some plans are partially or fully-funded by South Central FS. We cover 100% of short-term disability insurance. There are multiple options with a choice of deductibles to determine the right plan for you. We also offer a Health Savings account (HSA) and Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to save for healthcare needs or events. Other voluntary benefits are available to provide employees additional coverage such as, life insurance, long-term disability insurance and more!

Employees can retire confidently with our fully funded pension plan. GRIP 16 is a defined benefit plan funded entirely by South Central FS, Inc. Benefits are based on compensation, length of service and age at retirement. Employees are auto enrolled after one year of service and vested in the plan after five (5) years of credited service. The Plan is designed to replace over HALF of your income at retirement.
In addition to our fully-funded pension plan, we offer a 401(k) plan as well. South Central FS, Inc. will match 50% of the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of $1,000 per year.
We believe in continued professional development through formal education. South Central FS provides tuition assistance for eligible employees interested in furthering their education in relevant programs.
Our Scholarship Program has existed for over 20 years and invested over $500,000 in education for students that become employees. We cover the costs of a relevant 2-year degree or certificate program.

Our employees represent our company both on and off the job. Employees receive $200 towards company issued clothing upon hire and then $100 twice a year. We also offer a boot reimbursement program up to $50 in place of $50 of the clothing allowance.
